Cancellation & Card Policy

Cancellations

A credit card is required to book any and all appointments at BLOOM. You will not be charged anything at the time of booking. Your card is stored safely in our encrypted booking system. We ask that, in respect for our commissioned employees, you give us a 24-hour notice of cancellation.

 

A cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the services booked. No-call/no-shows will result in a 100% charge of services booked.

We understand things happen, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to protect the stability of our staff first and foremost, and the integrity of our salon systems as a whole. Thank you for your support of our business and our staff.

Children and Guests

Children & Other Guests

For the comfort and safety of our staff and patrons, we ask that you limit additional visitors during your appointment. We'd love to meet your sibling, kiddo, or best bud during an appointment of their own!

We love to accommodate same-time services so you can bond and bloom together!

Also, Bloom specializes in services exclusively for teens and adults. We do not offer haircuts for young children.* Thank you for your understanding!

 

*If one of our stylists has previously agreed to cut your child's hair and things have been going smoothly, no problem. Your child can continue getting their hair cut at Bloom. However, we do have a 3-minute time limit for crying and fussing. We want the salon experience to be peaceful for everyone —  if your child cries or fusses for more than 3 minutes, we will end the service and try again another day.

Corrections

We want you to love it, but if you don't...

We always want you to love your service with us. If you don’t, please reach out to us and schedule your adjustment or correction within two weeks.

 

Beyond two weeks we cannot offer complimentary adjustments or changes. 

Return Policy

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, let us know!
